About the conference

St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering together with a number of interested state authorities and leading scientific and educational organizations of the Russian Federation hold the XV International Research and Practice Conference “Traffic management and safety in big cities” on October 27 – 29, 2022.

The Conference has been held since 1995, and since then over a thousand Russian and foreign scientists have taken part in it. By results of the conferences collection of articles is formed, which are indexed in the foreign citation databases Scopus and WoS. Organizational support of the conference is provided by: State Road Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Research Center of the State Automobile Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation; Department of the State Automobile Inspection for Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region and International Association of Road Accident Reconstruction Experts (IAARS, USA) as well as mass media.

At the Conference the issues of experience exchange and joining of efforts of research and educational organizations, industrial structures, state and local authorities, public associations and mass media in order to prevent the causes of death in the road accidents are discussed.

The regular holding of the conference, once every two years, ensures the creation of a permanent discussion platform, attracting leading representatives of science and practice from Russia and foreign countries.

  • Статьи представляются на русском языке в соответствии с требованиями по оформлению статей до 15.06.2022 на почту конференции: conf_spbgasu@mail.ru
  • В теме письма обязательно требуется указать “статья в сборник конференции ОБДД”
  • Требования по оформлению статей представлены в разделе “Правила оформления статей для издания Transportation Research Procedia”

Статьи принимаются на русском и английском языке. Машинный перевод текста не допускается.

Для формирования статей рекомендуется работать в файле – пример (шаблон) для оформления статьи в Transportation Research Procedia в формате word, набирая (подставляя) собственный текст в разделы шаблона.

Максимальное количество статей от одного автора – 4 шт.

Максимальное число авторов одной статьи – не более 4 человек.

Название файла (документа) не должно превышать 5-6 слов и должно содержать:

  1. Сокращённое название ВУЗа (в соответствии с общепринятым сокращением и с сокращением, указанным при регистрации участников на сайте конференции).
  2. ФИО автора ведущего переписку.

Пример: СПбГАСУ, Марусин А.В. Методика оценки эффективности.

 

Объём статей – от 6 до 8 страниц (со списком источников). Формат листа – А4.

Текст: Times New Roman – кегль 10.

Интервал – перед: 0 пт.; после: 0 пт.; межстрочный: точно; значение – 12 пт.

Количество знаков – до 10 000 (без учёта списка источников).

Требования к списку источников:

  1. Список источников:
    • оформляется на английском языке в алфавитном порядке;
    • должен содержать не менее 30 источников, из которых:
      • ссылки на собственные статьи (самоцитирование) – не более 20%;
      • ссылки на статьи, индексируемые в международных базах научного цитирования Scopus и Web of Science (в том числе на статьи сборников конференции издания Transportation Research Procedia (Том: №57, №50, №36 и №20)) – не менее 50%. 
  2. Рекомендуется цитировать источники не старше 10 лет, так как это говорит о наличии высокой актуальности исследования, поданного к публикации (ссылки на учебники, учебные пособия, методические указания и другую учебную литературу не допускаются). 

Совместно со статьёй, должны быть направлены следующие документы:

  • Рисунки (с возможностью редактирования или на английском языке).
  • Результаты проверки текста в системе «Антиплагиат».
  • Договор.
  • Гарантийное письмо (от юр. лиц).

Оригинальность текста для научных статей – не менее 80 %, в том числе обязательна оригинальность выводов статьи. Для оставшихся не более 20 %, допускаются оформленные по правилам цитирования, самоцитирования или собственный перефразированный текст. Текст, не определенный системой «Антиплагиат» как оригинальный, должен представлять собой правомерные заимствования и технические заимствования.

Обращаем ваше внимание на часто встречающиеся ошибки при написании статьи для SCOPUS, из-за которых статья может быть не принята к изданию:

  • не проанализирован мировой опыт;
  • отсутствует структурированность статьи;
  • описательный характер статьи и отсутствие новизны и актуальности;
  • некорректно составленный список литературы:
    • более 20% источников самоцитирования;
    • менее 30 источников;
    • наличие в списке литературных источников учебников, нормативных документов;
    • из списка литературы менее 50% источников состоят в базе SCOPUS.

Статьи, оформленные не по требованиям, не будут приняты к публикации.

Оплата публикации участником производится только после прохождения внутреннего рецензирования статьи и после получения от оргкомитета соответствующего уведомления и реквизитов для оплаты.
