Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering supported by governmental bodies and leading scientific and educational organizations of Russia is holding the 14th International Conference “Organization and Traffic Safety Management in Large Cities” on October 21-24, 2020. In the scope of the Conference the 9th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Traffic Accident Reconstruction and Analysis” will be organized. The conference has been held since 1995, more than a thousand Russian and foreign experts took part in it. Based on the conferences results, Proceedings indexed in Scopus and WoS are published. Organizational support for the conference is provided by: the General Administration for Traffic Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Scientific Center for Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Central Internal Affairs Department for Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region and the International Association of Accident Reconstruction Specialists (IAARS, USA), as well as the media. The conference aims at facilitating the exchange of experience and consolidating the efforts of research and educational organizations, production structures, state and local government bodies, public associations and the media in order to prevent traffic-related deaths. SPbOTSIC conferences are held once every two years, it ensures the creation of a permanent discussion platform involving leading representatives of science and experts from Russia and foreign countries. |

Dear Conference participants, The Call for manuscripts for publication in Transportation Research Procedia is open now. Conference Proceedings are published in English in the Transportation Research Procedia indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, or in Russian in the RSCI journal (the publication option is chosen by the participant). Articles are submitted in English according to the template and submitted to the Organizing Committee until 01.06.2020 by e-mail conference.obdd@gmail.com All articles must be accompanied by the results of a text check in the Anti-Plagiarism system and an expert opinion (examination certificate) from the organization where the author works that the article does not contain information that is prohibited for publication in the press. The originality of the text for scientific articles in the Transportation Research Procedia is at least 80%, including the originality of the conclusions of the article. For the remaining no more than 20%, as a rule, self-quoting or your own paraphrased text according to the rules of citation is allowed. The text that is not defined by the Anti-Plagiarism system as original should represent legitimate borrowings and technical borrowings. Article template and brief guide for authors is available on the Conference website. A sample of the correct design of articles can be found in the materials of past conferences, links to them are available on the Conference website (http://obdd.spbgasu.ru) in the “Conference Archive” section. For convenience, the website provides an example (template) in word format. Authors of the article can work in the file itself by typing (substituting) their own text into sections. Each author can submit up to 2 articles. The maximum number of authors per article is 3. The volume of articles is up to 8 A4 pages (10 point Times New Roman, 1.2 spacing) / up to 15,000 characters. References should consist of at least 15 sources, of which no more than 30% – self-citation, and at least 30% – links to other articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, including articles from previous conference proceedings (links to the 12th and 13th SPbOTSIC Conference Proceedings are available on the Conference website: http://obdd.spbgasu.ru in the section “Conference Archive”).
References to textbooks, teaching aids, guidelines are not allowed. Only scientific literature and sources corresponding to scientific research are allowed.
The title of the articles (document) should not exceed 5-6 words and should contain:
1. The abbreviated name of the university (in accordance with the generally accepted abbreviation and with the abbreviation indicated when registering participants on the Conference website). 2. Name of the correspondence author. 3. Short title of articles. For example: SPbGASU, Marusin A.V. Methodology for Evaluating the Effectiveness. Articles should be formatted using the Template. If your manuscript doesn’t correspond to the requirements it can’t be accepted for publication. |
